I paid about $300 for a blonding service and left with uneven, splotchy color that I was very unhappy with. When I raised my concerns, I was told that previous box color from 4 months ago may have affected the result and that additional blonding sessions might be needed. Rosemary goes above and beyond with her clients, she is very welcoming and really listens to what you want and need. JMI Studios has a very relaxing atmosphere, everyone there great.

I can’t say enough how much I love this place. I have used Heather a few times for my waxing and she does an amazing job not to mention she’s the sweetest person on earth. I live in Minnesota but always try and plan it out that I can get in with Heather while I’m out visiting my boyfriend. I would and do drive 500 miles to see Heather!

I thought I was going to get a nice haircut but it was otherwise I told the girl McKenzie it took me 4 years to grow my hair I wanted face framing and some layers and all she did was thin out my hair seeing that my hair is thin and long, the face framing is awful it doesn't make sense, I'm so pissed off and disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
