Very Helpful, Got though everything vary fast. No problem at ALL!!!!
This realtor was not helpful or willing to help facilitate. Often times, he was unresponsive. In our instance, we accepted a counter offer only for the realtor to turn around and change the counter to a higher price and different terms. I found that to be deceptive and very misleading. Be prepared to have a heightened sense of awareness if you have to deal with him.
