dispatcher is horrible, screw you on hours and don't pay for your post trip inspections dispatcher clocks you out when you driver through the gate. old trucks always breaking down, only 2 days of holiday pay no insurance or vacation pay only PTO days. the married dispatcher put out that's why some drivers stay.
I was driving behind one of their trucks on the 202 Loop, it had an unsecure load. Pebbles and other debris were leaking and one piece and cracked my windshield. I called the dispatch and am awaiting a call back from a "Kevin". I will update the review if I ever hear back from them.

I wouldn't apply Driver facing cameras for starters No health benefits yup zero The female dispatcher won't pay you for simple things like pre trip and washing your truck. Extremely poor management. No communication between the driver manager and dispatch/payroll, Equipment is so old and damaged and trucks are constantly breaking down as soon as you get in the truck to start your work day. They tell you to do a pre-trip and wash your dump truck but you won't get paid for the time you are in the yard working.
