I've been a customer of JMH for close to 10 years now, when I bought my first house and they have been my go-to pest control company from day 1. They are polite, professional and punctual and James has always been upfront and honest with me regarding my needs - versus other companies who are always trying to upsell you on a maintenance program that isn't needed.

We have used JMH since we bought our home & have to say we could not be more satisfied! We had ants and called them & after just one visit we have never had another problem with them. Then we used them again for general pest control to control mainly the outside of our home & the owner & his employee were so professional & explained the cause of the source & we took their advice & again, have not had another problem after their 1 visit for that issue. This company has been to our home twice for ants. Not only are the ants still coming but they're worse. I can't bring groceries in the house without having my food overtaken by ants. I live in a very clean home and yet this company is unable to adequately control this pest issue. And the icing on the cake is the guy coming to the house is very rude and inconsiderate. We wait around the house all day for him to come. He can't call to let us know he's late and tells us it's none of our business. Well he got that right because ... read more
