JMG misrepresented their capabilities: ability to do the work and that they could start the design immediately. Weeks after signing a contract, they had only come to our house for 1 meeting, had not setup a schedule and the few tasks they had done were botched. When We started our bathroom remodel with JMG contracting we were nervous because we had a bad experience with another contractor on our old house. JMG did an amazing job from start to finish. We really liked how they used a program called buildertrend. That helped us see all of our selections and costs / communication. JMG brought our 1970's kitchen into the future. They listened to our ideas, came up with a design that fit our dreams AND our budget. And they finished it in time and on budget! I've heard many horror stories about kitchen remodel projects but ours was like a dream. Our's was a relatively small project however Bryan and his crew were terrific. Good communications, work done timely and Jesus the tiler was excellent. Would definitely recommend and use again on another project.
