JMG misrepresented their capabilities: ability to do the work and start the design immediately. Weeks after signing a contract, they had only come to our house for 1 meeting, had not setup a schedule and the few tasks they had done were botched. Before doing business with JMG, check fine print in the contract (which they don't mention when asked), preferred providers list, how prices are handled & "lack of providing a schedule".
