Just like the other person's review it starts off great an then when it comes down to the day the work needs to be done things change. Also when you call or email good luck getting a call back, I've left 11 messages an still haven't recieved a call. I don't like giving bad reviews but I don't like unprofessional companies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
We spoke to Jason at JMF regarding some landscape work last Spring. Everything started off great, he was very professional and had great suggestions on how to improve the landscape in our backyard. During the installation in June, we had several issues including the following: - New plants were planted just below the soil line with roots exposed and all died. - Large boulder did not match the rest of the landscape boulders being installed - was told they would deliver a different one but never did - Not enough mulch installe... read more
From the estimate, (we had many), Jason was very professional. Wrote a very detailed proposal which he adhered to. We are extremely satisfied with JMF's work. Quick. efficient, and, very neat. Needless to say they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them.
