Seller Beware!! They are Wholesalers who cold call even after you decline their low ball offer - they’re trying to just tie you up in a contract just to bail out or then lower the offer. Ezekiel Richards harrassment after declining to work with him was appalling. He didn’t like what he heard and proceeded to torment our office and staff.
Man, what an amazing experience working with JMC! 10 out of 10, would recommend a million times!
Just had my first closing with Jay and his team! So friendly and over the top communication. I was working on emails around 11:30 one night and he was emailing back and forth with me. They've been on time with everything requested. Can't wait to work with them again!
