Avoid doing business with Jakobson Management company at all costs. Both as a tenant or as a property owner. They are unresponsive, dismissive, dishonest and do not have any care for the state of their properties and health and safety of their tenants living in them.
We decided to try a management company and gave Jakobson Management Company (JMC) a few of our rental properties to manage. The Management fee was only 8% but this doesn’t mean anything.
