Written review after discussion with the company (no obvious acknowledgment of error) I have no particularly negative comments regarding the work performed. However, I wish to highlight some communication issues. I had asked the contractor to estimate additional work, but he carried it out without my authorization. He even told me that I should have calculated the cost myself based on their rates for the type of claim. As a result, I received an unauthorized invoice for over $1,700.

For post-disaster restoration, this company delivers excellent results! Pierre-Paul Beaudry and Mégane Sénéchal did a fantastic job drying out my duplex after water damage. They were polite and efficient employees! And what can I say about René Desrosiers and Maxime LeFrançois for the carpentry and painting work?
