While Jack isn’t half bad, the wife is incredibly rude and manipulative. Threatened to make a false police report that she was physically attacked when she didn’t get her way. Kinda bizarre, but people do strange things sometimes.
Very professional and honest! I have been using them for years, and they dont take advantage of people. I just wish they got a contract with the association so that I don't have to worry about the inspections.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Took me calling them 4 times to even get an appointment scheduled. The guy comes out on the wrong day, stays for five seconds and tells me my backflow check was completed. Does not put the pieces back on. Leaves them on the trash and I saw them by luck. After leaving a pass I tried tog et ahold of them for an invoice for days with no response. Had to call someone else to do the inspection, which was a FAIL not a pass.
