The facility is clean and well presented but the staff/providers are disappointing when it comes to customer/patient care. Everytime we have been there, the staff seems confused as to appointment times, unfamiliar with referral processes, SOPs, and screening paperwork. The times we have been seen by providers they are dismissive at best of issues we present with and give little to no medical insight to provide solutions for pain,illnesses, or injuries. Just your typical military clinic, waiting past appointment times
This place is amazing. The staff was friendly. The facilities clean. The main entrance is not on the road side but on the back side where parking is.
