This is the 2nd project we have completed in our home with JMC builders. After the 1st project - a master bath addition/2nd floor renovation that we lived through, I knew there was no one else who would renovate our 1970's first floor kitchen, mudroom and bath. I knew because the 1st project was completed 8 years ago and remains in great shape - quality construction, that I asked for, paid for, and got in spades. JMC Builders has always been great to work with. As a specialty contractor It's always nice to work with a company that takes pride in their work.

We converted one bedroom to a family room and then added two bedrooms and two baths. To begin with, Jay's proposal was excellent. It was very detailed and left no room for misunderstanding. Jay was on the job every day. He had a good crew and got along well with the city inspectors. He was detail oriented and took pride in his work. He was pretty much on schedule and was responsive to our concerns. We are very pleased with the outcome, especially the quality of work.
