As first-time homebuyers, we didn't know what to expect when it came time for the house we had put an offer on to be inspected - Jim put our minds at ease by being thorough, thoughtful, frank, and personable. He worked with our schedule, was on time, and had a quick turnaround in delivering his report, which was detailed and consistent with all that we talked about on-site. Jim is excellent. He is extremely thorough and efficient. He was recommended by a friend and we Worked with him on two home inspections. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing and able to answer tons of questions during the inspection, which was very helpful for us - first time home buyers. He delivers his report, which is crystal clear, very promptly. Highly recommend for pre purchase home inspections.

Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He said our report would be available the following day, but when we told him we needed to make a decision that night, he got us our report that night. I had a great experience with Jim McDermott for my home inspection. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and inspected every little detail. He even gave me very valuable tips on how to take care of the house and maintaining it. Very pleasant and friendly, I highly recommend using him.
