Their communication is terrible. Tried to call and request some landscape design and have never received an answer. This has happened a few times. Their workers have no respect for your property. They break things, or move things and don’t put back. Plus whoever does the spraying doesn’t know how. Since we stopped using them our plants are doing much better. We have a few people we know that use them and they have the same complaints. They are also looking to find someone new to take care of their lawns/landscaping.
They have done a great job with my Lawn! Michael has given me a lot of information on my grass and how it can be improved.

JMB has done a great job cleaning up our yard. They provide weekly yard service and have laid pine straw as well. Very fair price and yard looks awesome.
They’re moving up to two stars. They don’t call, answer texts/calls, or coordinate their work. They’ve shown up to do work without prior notice at least four times. They also just don’t do it right the first time; or even the first 4 times. Our new construction house (by Harrison Homes) has flooded 7 times in the last 14 months. See my reviews of them, also.
