Definitely read the reviews with low ratings. Definitely would've saved me and my husband some time. We've emailed them so many times over the past 2 weeks, off of my personal account and my husbands. You'll never get an answer though. Out of all the people I've contacted this is the only leasing management that has NOT gotten back to us. Very competent, organized, and professional
My water heater was replaced. Chris did the exchange and set up in a very professional manner. He even cleaned up any spills that happened. He took means to protect my floors when taking out the old water heater. I am pleased and happy with the work and the new water heater.
I just want to talk to a real person at this point because I spent more than 2 hours today in front of one of y'all properties trying to schedule a viewing it gave me a time at first get there and it tells me I need to do more trying to load pictures and credit cards over and over again with no luck tried calling the office no luck drove from Vinton to Salem just to be greeted at the door with a what ever code that is just to be sent back through the same crap that I just went through what happened to someone working in the ... read more
