We originally contacted JM4 tactical on a holiday weekend expecting to hear back on the next business day. They replied within minutes. My wife ordered the Original magnetic holster and I love it! I have tried others but this is my go to holster now. It is very comfortable and versatile. Now that I have mine, it looks like my wife will also have one soon. Great holsters and service!
