Absolutely great customer service. I received a telephone call from the company telling me that my holster would ship out on a different date. I then emailed then company a few days later to verify the ship date and the representative forwarded the tracking number.

Form fitted to my daily carry perfectly. Easy access and zero fear of it falling out with amazing comfort. The roughneck fits nicely at the 4 o'clock position even with a tool belt on. Highly recommend for any body in the labor industry!

I’ve had mine for about 6 months now and so far I like it. It’s easy to switch from appendix to Other positions without having to take it out of your pants. Depending on what I’m wearing I’ll go from appendix to 4 o’clock when I get in my car. Started out with my Ruger SR40C but lately have been carrying an XDS 9mm. Luckily I saw on the site that both happened to fit in the same size holster!
