Can't say enough good things about the company. I ordered an original holster for my Springfield XDS, nothing wrong with the holster at all but it sat a little low in the waistband for my liking. JM4 Tactical exchanged it for a high-ride version with no hassle at all, they also honored the discount code I used on the original. The high ride is just as comfortable, secure, and easy to put on/take off as the original, and now my grip sits exactly where I want it. Would highly recommend, thanks!

By far the most comfortable holster I've ever had. It does not drag or become uncomfortable in any position that I stand or sit and is very forgiving with its freedom of movement. I plan on ordering more for various lead spitters.
For starters, their holsters offer a comfortable fit for most if not all conceal carry scenarios. But most importantly, they offer instructor led courses to help you become a better handler of not only your firearm but of different situations you might encounter. My wife and I spoke with them for over an hour and are both very excited to enroll in one of their courses. Great people!
