JM Tile was called because I had an issue with my bathroom. I had a contractor do some work on my bathroom and I ended up with a horrible tile job. Therefore, I read the reviews and decided to give JM Tile a chance to correct the issues. The team came in and did a wonderful job. Omar tiled the shower walls and it is an impressive job. One year after the completion of my master bathroom remodel from another installer, I was devasted to see water leaking from the ceiling on the floor below. I called Juan on a Sunday not expecting him to pick up. Not only did he pick up, he showed up to my house the same day! Needless to say, that was definitely unexpected! JM Tile Designs team did an impressive job remodeling our OLD 1950's bathroom. No detail was overlooked. Juan and his team were professional, skilled, organized and tidy. They took the time to ensure all the little details (some you can't typically see) were designed, installed & constructed with highest of standards... these things add up and make a difference in the sustainable satisfaction of the space!
