I love everything about Stock, especially the people and service. Here's a 2 lbs beef top cap stuffed with sliced garlic, red pepper flakes, big hot Italian salame cotto (from Stock, of course), chopped parsley. crumbled parmesan. Braciole is rolled up, seared, then slowly braised in tomato sauce.
Called ahead to check and see if they had something I was looking for earlier today. While most people will rush off the phone, this guy took all the time in the world to answer my questions and help me out. Once I finally got to the store, the same guy helped me find the sausages I was looking for (Botifarro 🤤). Honestly, this type of business is exactly what others should model from a customer service standpoint. Truly top notch and will continue to get my business.
