Having a real difficult time dealing with this company. Representative for the company will not call back with the solution to my roof problem. The original work done was not done correctly. The one time the rep showed up he stated that the workmanship was wrong. Just contact me. would like to pick up where I left off this company does not follow through on anything. Exceptional service! After hurricane Milton came for a visit out neighbors let us know we hand some roof damage. Since we were not there I had to rely on the internet to find a dependable roofing company who would come out for a small roof repair job. I called J & M Roofing and left a message.. I received a prompt response fromTony, explained what was going on and he was out the next day to assess the roof. He advised it was a small repair covered it so water couldn't get in and at that point I told him I wasn't in any hurry... read more
Just got an awesome brand new roof at a great/fair price! Mike and his crew were great...also im pretty sure the clean up crew found every single nail! I'll be calling them again when I'm ready for another and happy to recommend them to family and friends! Thanks J&M roofing
