I called had an appointment scheduled between 4 and 6pm yesterday. They never called or came to my home. I called in the morning with no appointment possibly till Monday.
The workers fixed my roof in no time. You could tell they have a lot of experience. Thank you Martin and secretary Grace.
Professional, responsive and affordable are three words that spring to mind after working with JM. The office staff I spoke with were very courteous and knowledgeable. The crew who repaired our roof showed up on time and went above and beyond. 10 out of 10
Great service. Timely repair of my roof. They communicated with me at all times and kept me informed. They exceeded my expectations.
What a great & professional business. I called, left a message and my call was returned within minutes. Martin came to give me an estimate the next day. My roof was repaired in just a few days for the exact amount I was given in my estimate. Professional, courteous and efficient. This was the 3rd time I have used JM Roofing and every time it has been PERFECT! Ron Marcum
