Big update!! Unfortunately J&M does not have their facts correct. The leak was due to improper sealant of the valley not a build up of leaves. This was not a maintenance issue. We have lived in this house for close to 20 years and our first roof never leaked. The timeline is fuzzy because you do not have all of the facts. Buyer beware!!!Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. They installed our roof and did not properly install the flashing which caused leaks in three places. They came out and fixed the leaks however there was a large stain left in the living room. They have not been able to match the paint and it has taken months to try to get resolution. I have never had such a quick response and completion with any home repair service in the 20 years in my home.
