JM Refinishing came to my condo to refinish a tub in one of my bathrooms a stall shower and sink in my other bathroom. I also paid extra for the non slip in both the tub and the shower.There were tiles missing in the main bathroom that I got a quote on replacing and installing by JM and I agreed to that service.Nothing was used for more than 2 months in that bathroom with the tub and the replaced tiles.When I did use the tub it was so slippery that my 5 year old grandson nearly slipped and fell.The shower floor was the same ... read more

This company came to my house to refinish an old tub. They completely botched the job, The large section on the side of the tub bubbled up. Paint spots were scattered all over the bathroom floor and walls. They said they were going to come back and redo that section. When they came back, they completely missed the section that was supposed to be done, and other bubbles were formed as well. Splattered paint was not cleaned up on my brand new tile flooring. Came to do Tub glaze first issue tech said he would give white drain spout to much tub (didn't) second issue before I gave payment told me a 2 year warranty however when payment was received it was 1 year warranty. Third keep giving me round around about caulking around tub.

We had our tub refinished two months ago and it is already rusting. We continually call and they never return our call. They obviously do not stand by their warranty. Do not use this company,

I contacted the company about tub refinishing which I had done 15 yrs ago and it held up but its was time to do it again. They came 7/6/21 on time, they did the sanding and sprayed the finish and caulked. I let it completely dry for three days before using. Everything looked fine but now I see peeling in some places. Really? I called back to see if they would come out to touch up. They said send photos, I did, no response. Now the number is disconnected! They advertise on FB/ Meta. Really zero stars. These guys were hired to refinish my shower stall. First, they never told us that they would need to take the shower doors off. Fine, I said. Next, they said they would not put the shower doors back on, so we would have to do it ourselves. Next, they told us that despite having caulking materials with them, they would need to return tomorrow to caulk. Now, they have told us they will not caulk.
