I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who came by to investigate a water leak for us today, but its slipped my mind. We got the recommendation for JM from a friend who's a single woman and all I can say is that referrals that come from single women tend to be HIGHLY valuable. Meaning they felt safe, they were respectful, they didn't make anyone feel uncomfortable and - most of all - prices are reasonable and FAIR! They are very nice and I appreciated that they were willing to explain the issue, not just what is wrong but why it is wrong. They were quick to fix the problem and very affordable. I have already recommended them to family and if I unfortunately have another plumbing issue in the future I know who I will be calling.
I was referred to them and they came out the same day. Nice guys great work. My only complaint is they are a tad bit expensive. Could’ve saved $200 with my plumber. Won’t be using this service again but thank you
