The reviews are far from our experience. Upon arrival he walks right in, not removing his boots and walking right into the kitchen. Shows no respect and ignored the clearly written note stating to remove all footwear. Never used a drop to protect our floor and did NOT clean up after himself. Very pushy when it came time for payment. He gave the wrong email address for etransfer and to add insult to injury asked for more money when it was his own fault. Joseph was amazing, fast and incredibly efficient. He was very professional, prompt, reliable and knowledgeable. I also felt very comfortable with him because he was courteous and told me about himself and how he got into the business which was really amazing to hear about. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using again in the future!
Great company! Joseph answered our call & scheduled the work immediately. He arrived on time, told us exactly what needed to be done and did the work. He is friendly, and knowledgeable in all the plumbing work we needed. We got our toilet removed and replaced and our hot water tap cartridge replaced. He was in & out in an hour & 1/2. We highly recommend Joseph for all your plumbing needs, and will definitely be calling him in the future for any other work we might require.
Overall great experience working with JM Plumbing Fast, friendly service Had them go over all fixtures in of office, and fixed what was required. Great communication and explanation. Will be our go to vendor for our plumbing needs going forward Thanks Joseph !
