Highly recommend!! They were very detailed, kind, and knowledgeable. I have horrible cracked heels and they treated it and had recommendations for me to continue caring for it. They weren’t judgmental but kind and caring.
I came in to have my acrylic nails removed and paid $15 for the service. Instead of soaking them with acetone, the technician pried/ripped them off. This is not the standard removal method and can damage the natural nail. I would have preferred a proper soak-off removal, especially since I was paying for the service. My nails were left feeling very thin afterward. I hope the salon considers changing how they handle acrylic removals.

John was amazing! They were short staffed when I went in but were fast at getting me in. Great atmosphere! LOVED THE BIG FISH!
Everyone at JM is amazing, and I love coming to get my nails done here because it is so clean and everyone is so friendly! Special shout out to Melissa: after a stressful week, I came in with nails that were chewed down to the nub, thin and uneven. Melissa gave me the best dip manicure and made me feel so much better- no shame for messing up my nails, a plan moving forward and a gorgeous new manicure!! Highly highly recommend.
