I don’t usually leave reviews but I was truly disappointed with JM Mobile Mechanic. On Wednesday of last week I made an appointment with them, for 2 days out (Friday). I then get a message offering an appointment for a day sooner (Thursday), instead of Friday, to which I agreed. On Thursday 30 minutes prior to the appointment, they inform me the mechanic was delayed and offered to reschedule me for Saturday. Service, Punctual, Efficient, Price... I highly recommend JM Mobile if you need your car serviced here in Homestead. Jillian was friendly upon arrival and was able to diagnose and fix my cadillac problem. Explained to me what was wrong and was able to get the part and have me back on the road within a few hours. It's hard to find honest good mechanics and JM is now saved in my contacts for future needs.
Great service. Mechanic is friendly and does good work. They run a professional operation - someone contacts with an estimate that is sent via text, and you can review/accept it digitally. Then they schedule you via text, and after the work is done you get photos/video of the repair. You will need to be prepared to pay upon work completion (which of course is fair, but it helps to be ready so the mechanic isn’t waiting). Have used them 3 times already.
Excellent Mechanic- honest, reliable, fair pricing, great communication and highly professional to match. It is rare to find honest, professional work at reasonable prices- Thank you. Will and have been highly recommending to friends and family. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
