Great service!!
It's very cold out and I had a pipe burst in my cellar. JM Mechanical came the same day and fixed the pipe...the guys were so nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again...
Paul and Joe are very hard workers, you are blessed to find help like that. I would like to thank J.M. for helping my Wife,Stephanie and I, this winter with baseboard heating. I am very grateful. Thanks again. 😊
Prompt, efficient and professional. National Grid change out my gas meter. In doing so they were unable to re light the pilot on the furnace. Technicians Paul and Mike arrived within a couple of hours. They replaced a part, re lit the pilot and tested the furnace to ensure it was operational. They were happy to explain everything to me and answer my questions. I had a great experience thanks to Paul and Mike.
Had to have my water heater replaced June 2018..it was under warranty..Then i get a bill for 1175.00..for labor..they do a great job but the labor killed me.i was unaware it was that much...geezzzzz..also they didnt tell me what it cost before the work.They just told me it was covered.i assumed everything was included.....never calling them again...
