I had a very troubling experience with the service department at JM Lexus involving my 85-year-old mother. She brought her vehicle in for routine maintenance and was told there was an oil leak requiring immediate repair at a cost of over $6,600. Given the magnitude of that estimate, we sought a second opinion. Another reputable shop conducted a thorough inspection and found no oil leak and no issue requiring repair.
