I brought my Lexus RZ to JM Lexus in Margate on July 21st for its complimentary 6-month / 5,000-mile service. Because this is an electric vehicle, there are no oil changes, the tire rotation is literally the only physical maintenance task required for this visit, alongside a basic systems check and a recall software update. Exceptional service
I brought my immaculate condition 2010 GS350 in for an oil change and they quoted me for other work totaling over $6K. At first I authorized all the work then got a second opinion from my uncle who owns a Lexus dealership. So I then called to decline all other services except the oil change. Once getting my vehicle back I notice changes in how the engine sounds. Before, it was so quiet and smooth that you couldn't hear the engine running. Now, it has a distinct rumble along with shaking.
