Jose and Bryan did a fantastic job with our flooring, stairs and baseboard install. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, even as we were making real time decisions and changing plans. They were flexible, accommodating and very kind. We had kids running around and a lot of furniture and they helped move things for us, and paced the work so we could still access rooms and areas we needed. Our home previously had carpet and when the carpet was removed it exposed some uneven areas and they were able to leve... read more

We had a fantastic experience with Jose and his team. They initially did our daughter’s bedroom flooring and it turned out gorgeous so I asked them to redo our front porch ceiling. The pricing is reasonable, they worked within our budget, communicated throughout the project, finished both in 1-2 days, and even hung a new light and hanging chair on my porch for me. Those little extras are what will keep me coming back. So refreshing to work with an honest company and I’m already thinking about how we can use them again!

Super responsive. Started the install the next day! Met with 3 options and chose Jose and JM Flooring. Glad we did! These are 100 year old floors and needed some help… nailed it! We knew perfection wasn’t an option… we love the final results that show the character of the home and specifically the floors. Jose talked over the options and details very well before we started. Highly recommend.

I hired Jose and his son, Bryan, recently to install my new hardwood floor in my home. They have great recommendations and different options based on my budget! They are always on time, very professional, VERY friendly and held good communication with me during the whole process considering I was out of town and they were working at my house in Tacoma. I would highly recommend these two if you ever need to install hardwood floors! 10/10

Jose refinished our floors at our residence years ago. We were so happy with his work we hired him again to refinish a rental. The floors look amazing! He and his son were both professional and on time and we are extremely happy with the results!
