Super responsive. Started the install the next day! Met with 3 options and chose Jose and JM Flooring. Glad we did! These are 100 year old floors and needed some help… nailed it! We knew perfection wasn’t an option… we love the final results that show the character of the home and specifically the floors. Jose talked over the options and details very well before we started. Highly recommend.
Jose refinished our floors at our residence years ago. We were so happy with his work we hired him again to refinish a rental. The floors look amazing! He and his son were both professional and on time and we are extremely happy with the results!
Jose and his son Bryan did an excellent job of replacing all the flooring in the home we purchased. We were moving from Texas so all the correspondence was by text. They were responsive to all my questions and sent pictures of the progress. The price was fair and they went out of their way to get the project completed in a timely manner. We had engineered hardwood installed and Jose and the team installed stair treads to match the rest of the flooring. I highly recommend JM Hardwood Floor Specialists.
Responsive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They refinished our hardwood kitchen floor and it looks brand new again! They even took the time to give us some cleaning tips for keeping it looking great. All this and JM was the most reasonable bid that we received. We got everything we asked for and more.
I had a fantastic experience with JM Hardwoods! Jose and Bryan did an outstanding job refinishing my 125-year-old fir hardwood floors. The attention to detail in filling gaps and leveling the floor while preserving the wood's character was impressive.
