I’m going to make this brief; I completely understand the 3.7 google rating. Now, is she very skilled at cutting hair? Most definitely YES. The problem is of course not greedy prices, yet arrogant prices. Example; I wanted 2 dangly pieces of my hair in front merely painted mids to ends a honey color, they are already caramel, next shade lighter would be considered honey. I was looking forward to getting my hair cut here, it is a few hours before my appointment and she tried getting me to come in early which isn't an option due to no one being here to watch my kids. Instead of keeping my original time, she tried to get me to come in on another day which didn't work. High disappointed with my experience and I didn't step foot in there establishment, i would understand if she had an emergency but she said she's all done for the day. My hair was well over due for some love! Justine transformed my hair I have never been more happy with a cut and color before! Still in love and will be going back every time!! Big bonus Justine is super friendly and personable!
