terrible service I have a year with a problem with my drainage and it only comes half they fix it and it becomes the same problem they installed the dishwasher incorrectly and it has a smell that stinks unfortunately it is the contractor that Mattamy has for the construction of houses. Terrible service I do not recommend.
Lost my hot water and called numerous plumbing companies who were all too busy to help right away - except JMMechanical. Their dispatcher had a plumber at my home within 2 hours - problem was diagnosed as failed circuit board and technician Brett contacted manufacturer and had part ordered and mailed express mail to my home. Part arrived next day and dispatcher had technician Michael at my house within 2 hours.
