Was past the time frame that was given. Replaced garage door opener. Didn’t like the fact that the same garage door opener is 269 on the website and this company charged 569 for it. I can see an up charge but making a double up is ridiculous. Charged 250 for the labor which was 45 minutes. The guy over all was good. Prices were too much. Also this isn’t a local company anymore. James had good communication skills, and he performed well. Even when it was brand new, the garage door was never quite this wonderful! They performed an excellent job, provided us with an invoice, and we paid them the next day. It's quick and simple!
I chose to contact J& M based on the 5 star rating found here. I needed garage door spring and cables replaced. Was told upon scheduling they needed a credit card on file before coming out. The on phone estimate was $275 for spring plus whatever else I would need parts and labor. Service rep confirmed I needed spring , cables, two new drums. I asked for written quote for job. The job went from $275 to $450 plus they charged my credit card $65 for service call which I did not agree to! I checked price for parts came to $125. ... read more

In addition, he replaced the light in the door opener. A young man with a high level of professionalism. 5 stars for Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, and Punctuality!
