We called this company a couple of weeks ago and Ben came out to look at the problem on our roof and he said he would get us a proposal in the next day or so but we didn’t hear anything from him so we called the office and spoke to Jamie and she said she would reach out to Ben and get back with us but she never called. Subsequently we called and left several messages but they won’t even return our calls. Really bad way to conduct business, I would give zero stars if that were possible.
