Joe, Daniel and his crew are true professionals. I hired them based on their spotless reviews and I was not disappointed. They worked me into their busy schedule and were on time. Joe's men are well trained and have been with the company for a long time. They went the extra mile to help me with lots of little issues I hadn't thought of with flooring installation. I called J&M Floor Covering for help after a restoration service I hired to dry/restore my carpet caused by flooding said their services didn't include replacing the padding that was removed or tacking the carpet back down! Joe Elizondo of J&M came right out and and did an excellent job in a very short time. He was very efficient, friendly and professional. This company is now at the top of my list for flooring projects. And if we ever again have the misfortune of water damage, I will call them first.
J & M repaired several tiles at one of my commercial locations. My manager said they did a great job and were very professional. Hard to find good companies like this these days! I highly recommend!
Joe was referred by a friend on a Saturday afternoon when I found my master bathroom and bedroom flooded when I let the tub overflow. I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness- he arrived at my home lickety split, and started getting everything dried out.
