JM Eagle cut their rates, hired a single brokerage, destroying decades of relationships with hundreds of loyal owner operators. By the time the load rate get to the owner operators through synchrogistics brokerage it's been cut by a minimum 30%. On top that, synchrogistics piles on fees to pay less after delivery's been made. JM Eagle/Synchrogistics DO NOT HAUL FOR THEM.
Worked here for about 4 days, apparently on the 3rd day I was told to do something by the foreman an employee didn't liked, foreman talked to him, then another employee tells me to do something, foreman didn't liked that, and was let go of. No training, had to bother people to learn how work was done for training.
