Joel was on time, professional & cleaned up afterwards. Due to water in my basement, the condensate pump in the furnace was changed & the hot water heater replaced. On another visit a shower head was replaced. No service call fee was charged for any visits. Joel thouroughly explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. My heater stopped working, and Joel came by the same day. Honestly, it's a pretty old heater, so if he'd told me to get a new one I wouldn't have thought twice about it. First he did some trouble shooting over the phone and determined he needed to make a house call. He ultimately discovered a hole in a rubber hose (looked like the work of a mouse?!). I am so impressed with his detective work (it was not easy to find), and he saved me a ton of money--Thanks again, Joel!
