JM Builders & Roofing was referred to us for our roof replacement. We contacted Donovan at JM Builders and Roofing who came and accessed our roof that had extensive hail and wind damage. We were shown pictures of the damage, given an overview of what needed to be done, and the cost. Donovan and his team took great care of us! And when the city told us we had to have a fence built in 7 days, they took the challenge to heart and got it done! The inspector couldn’t believe we found a contractor to get things done this fast. Donovan is a great builder with a great demeanor. Can’t suggest him highly enough!

JM Builders and Roofing is a highly professional and reasonable business to work with. They were able to install stairs inside my garage attic to gain easier access and installed flooring for added storage in attic. They were on time and prepared to work. They answered all questions about the work process and and made additional suggestions to improve the project. Had an air conditioning issue several years ago at which a reputable HVAC company came out and diagnosed the issue, which stated I needed to replace the entire condenser unit. I called JM Builders for a second opinion, and it turned out to be a simple $150 fix, and the AC unit worked just fine afterwards. Trustworthy company who takes time to explain and inform.
