One of the worst experience. Terible service. Placed the order(02-12). They couldn't send it for almost 3 weeks. i am asked to cancel it through emailany response( 03-03), because I ordered from another place, who delivered in a few days. Order not receved ,yet.
Ordered some test pipes yesterday and arrived with in 14 hours great service and great costumer service.
Poor shipping, stating it was “drop shipped” waited 2 months plus still no product. At least they responded to my inquiries. Very quick to blame others for THEIR lack of shipping knowledge.
Review: I had a terrible experience with JM Auto. They shipped me the wrong item and then expected me to answer questions from the manufacturer (Fabspeed) that I never even received. For nearly a month, I was CC’d on emails that went unanswered by Fabspeed, yet JM Auto kept asking me to respond to emails I never got. As a customer, my issue should be resolved directly with the seller, not the manufacturer—especially when all the necessary information had already been provided. Needed a refund on an order that was on backorder that I was not aware of and Joe helped me out and even went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
