I had a great experience with JM Auto Racing. The first set of lights I received was faulty (they come directly from the manufacturer) and JM worked hard to get the new set out to me ASAP. The new lights I received work and I'm very happy with my purchase. Edit... the tail lights only lasted me a year. One light already has condensation in it. Per the website, exchanges only happen for 30 days after receipt of the order.
Good communication and great price. Even with things being on backorder my shipment arrived pretty quick

I placed an order for downpipes on March 25th and paid extra for UPS Ground shipping. The part showed in stock on the site and still does. It's now April 14th and I still have not received tracking. I contacted the sales department who stated the parts were not in stock and weren't expecting to ship until April 18th. I asked what the point of paying extra for expedited shipping for and still don't understand. The shipping policy is definitely misleading and I doubt I will do business with this company again.
One of the worst experience. Terible service. Placed the order(02-12). They couldn't send it for almost 3 weeks. i am asked to cancel it through emailany response( 03-03), because I ordered from another place, who delivered in a few days. Order not receved ,yet.
