I placed an order in May for an exhaust, and paid an extra $75 for fast shipping. I waited 2 weeks, still nothing. I contacted and was told there were some delays due to CTS, which is fine. It is now July, and still nothing. I cancelled my order, and jumped through hoops TO cancel the order. This morning I received 2 emails, one, that my order was cancelled. Great. BEWARE, This place is a TRASH business. They do not answer there emails nor messages, make up lies about shipping out orders, they do not ship the product, I recommend taking your business else were!!
I had a great experience with JM Auto Racing. The first set of lights I received was faulty (they come directly from the manufacturer) and JM worked hard to get the new set out to me ASAP. The new lights I received work and I'm very happy with my purchase. Edit... the tail lights only lasted me a year. One light already has condensation in it. Per the website, exchanges only happen for 30 days after receipt of the order.
Good communication and great price. Even with things being on backorder my shipment arrived pretty quick
Great customer service! I had an issue with my order and they fixed it and got the right parts out quickly and responded to my messages. Thank you!! Can’t wait to install this test pipe.
