Got roof work done in May and the roof started leaking in the exact same place in July. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude, even told me I couldn’t speak/kept talking over me, when I ask why the roof would be leaking in the same spot when it was supposed to be repaired 2 months before. Customer service needs improvement!
