Not a great time to have a leaky Gas Furnace Vent Pipe leak up on the roof last week...hearing dripping water @ 1:30am is not comforting! We had JLV construction replaced a 10,000 sq foot new roof at our office building in Beaverton. They did a fantastic job and came back to help fix some items that were not their responsibility. Their crew was totally professional and worked quickly and expertly. I would certainly use them again.
JLV once again did outstanding work to meet our roofing needs. Per usual, they are professional and easy to work with. The work to be done and the timing of it was made clear and the work was done efficiently and skillfully. This is the third time we've used JLV to address issues on our multilevel metal roof. The roof line and pitches are challenging and this time they replaced the old roofing on the steepest sections of our home. We can't say enough good things about this company and recommend JLV highly.
JLV was fantastic. Honest, quick, hardworking, responsive and very competitive. We used them for a new roof and painting our siding, doors and trim. They were awesome and made everything so easy. We were very impressed.
