JLV once again did outstanding work to meet our roofing needs. Per usual, they are professional and easy to work with. The work to be done and the timing of it was made clear and the work was done efficiently and skillfully. This is the third time we've used JLV to address issues on our multilevel metal roof. The roof line and pitches are challenging and this time they replaced the old roofing on the steepest sections of our home. We can't say enough good things about this company and recommend JLV highly.

JLV was fantastic. Honest, quick, hardworking, responsive and very competitive. We used them for a new roof and painting our siding, doors and trim. They were awesome and made everything so easy. We were very impressed.

JLV was a real find for us! We have a home in the Portland area that was deteriorating rapidly on the exterior. We needed siding to be replaced due to major woodpecker damage; new gutters, downspouts and cleanouts; reroofing two flat roofs with TPO; a complete paint job, and a bunch of custom metal parts including curved roof rakes, and so much more. I selected JLV Construction from 4 other bidders. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They did a great job on my roof and they completed it in two days. They also installed new gutters. I had a small problem after a rain storm and they were here with a crew within a couple of hours. I would recommend JLV for any service they offer.

I am happy with the job performed by JLV. They replaced my roof, gutters, and painted the exterior. I was grateful for Juan's thoroughness, the responsiveness of the office, and the skilled workers. Everyone was always helpful, polite, and courteous. One specific note of appreciation, the workers adjusted to a longer work day after it began to lightly rain, to make sure the roof was covered before they left for the evening. Thank you to the entire team. If I have a need in the future, I would hire JLV again.
