JLV understood my repair needs immediately, worked with me to develop a comprehensive plan, and completed all jobs thoroughly and efficiently in a matter of days. Everyone on the crew was highly skilled and thoughtful, the jobs were done with immense care, the results are beautiful, and everyone in the office was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

JLV Construction just completed a re-roofing project for us. They replaced virtually half of the roof’s sheeting as there was dry rot and some molding as well as high quality shingles overall. The job they did was fantastic. It was done in a timely manner even though morning temperatures were sub 30 degrees. The team was courteous and skilled and the did a thorough job of clean up after finishing. Ì highly recommend them for a roofing job and have hired them to paint my house as well!

We were extremely pleased with the roof maintenance JVL performed for us last month. My husband built our house in 1997 and has done all of the roof maintenance until this year. It was difficult for him to give in and hire someone to do it. After getting some bids from others we choose JVL. Their bid was by far the best one. I selected JLV Construction from 4 other bidders. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They did a great job on my roof and they completed it in two days. They also installed new gutters. I had a small problem after a rain storm and they were here with a crew within a couple of hours. I would recommend JLV for any service they offer.

I am happy with the job performed by JLV. They replaced my roof, gutters, and painted the exterior. I was grateful for Juan's thoroughness, the responsiveness of the office, and the skilled workers. Everyone was always helpful, polite, and courteous. One specific note of appreciation, the workers adjusted to a longer work day after it began to lightly rain, to make sure the roof was covered before they left for the evening. Thank you to the entire team. If I have a need in the future, I would hire JLV again.
