I am happy with the job performed by JLV. They replaced my roof, gutters, and painted the exterior. I was grateful for Juan's thoroughness, the responsiveness of the office, and the skilled workers. Everyone was always helpful, polite, and courteous. One specific note of appreciation, the workers adjusted to a longer work day after it began to lightly rain, to make sure the roof was covered before they left for the evening. Thank you to the entire team. If I have a need in the future, I would hire JLV again.
JLV Construction replaced the roof on my basic 1954 house in Milwaukie and I'm ecstatic about both the process and the results. Very professional, high-quality work, solid guidance and trustworthy people. They were on-time, finished early, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Very happy with the results.
