Very Disappointing Experience !! I’ve been to J Luxe Nail Salon in West New York several times and usually tip generously, but my recent visit today was extremely disappointing. I walked in to ask about a simple cut down and reshape since I had to shorten my nails for work. The woman who greeted me was seemed annoyed that I only wanted that service.
