Had a terrible experience here. I’ve been a regular until last two experiences where my cuticles were cut and I was bleeding from multiple fingers. I came back hoping it was one time thing. Mistakes happen but the lady was so distracted that she kept hurting my cuticles until I told her to be more gentle. Worst thing was that she had no remorse about the situation and offered me $5 coupon. This can’t be where I spend $60 for nails. My nails hurt and burn badly because of poor handling. This review is directed toward management. I made an appointment through your official booking link for 10:00 AM with a specific technician two days in advance. When I arrived at 10:00 AM, the salon was not open. I had to return at 10:30 AM, which was already frustrating given that I scheduled this before an event and was on a tight timeline. Really disappointed in my recent experience at this nail salon. I had come once before and had loved my gel manicure so I decided to come back with a dear friend of mine visiting from overseas. Ended up butchering his cuticles to the point they were all severely bleeding while there. The staff had to get a first aid kit to wrap his fingers up. He was in extreme pain for days after that. Today was my first time visiting this salon and my exceptions by far superseded ! From the easy booking to the warm welcoming by the salon staff . Lily was my technician and she was great and paid close attention to detail . Will definitely be returning .
