Terrible company, they changed out my water heater and furnace with an instant water heater and sold me 3 year maintenance plan. After I paid them they never came back to finish the job and to do maintenance. I am having issues now with the install and no one will answer the phones. Do not use them.

Absolutely horrible experience. We have had nothing but problems with JLS. Joe Frazier should not have any type of business. 10 year parts and labor warranty, but he stopped answering his phone and shut down the store front. 2 years and still having problems with the unit he installed. My duct work had over 40 gallons of water in it a month after the installation. Now the furnace is full of water. The worst customer service of all time. Worst company ive ever seen. Ive had nothing but issues on the equipment they installed. When it works it is great, problem is there office, never picks up the phone, never responded back to me. I have a 10 year warranty and ended up having to fix the issue myself. Do not go with this company. They seem great until they collect your money, then you will never hear from them again
This company is no good finally they got their business license revoked by the better business bureaui was going to use AAA Services but I decided to use this company instead worse mistake I ever made I tried to give them the business but instead they gave me the business I ended up using AAA services like I wish I did in the first place this company is not licensed they're license was revoked by the BBB that's how bad they are they're not licensed bonded or insured I'm trying to warn you don't make the same mistake I did av... read more
