My toe has gotten badly affected, which was caused my unclean nail utensils. This is the second time that this has happened I have come here for one year now and won’t be coming here anymore. There is no email so I can make a complaint and ask for a refund. It hurts really bad when I walk.

I went in to get acrylics with tips done. The lady who did my nails wasn't able to communicate in english properly. She did my nails all wrong and charges me $55. I've been here many times never experienced such a thing. I don't think it's fair to charge someone extra when they don't understand what the other person is saying. She didn't do my length how i wanted. Absolutely disappointed.
I've been coming to this salon for years. No other salon compares to this place. They're always thorough when it comes to pedicures. Whenever friends tell me they're getting waxing or nails done, I always suggest going to JL's in Hampton Park. And come mother's day and Christmas presents, I always get my loved ones Gift Vouchers from here. Keep up the awesome work ladies!!!
I recently got my nails done here and it turned out amazing. All staff members were kind, and made my nails look like the reference photo I showed them. They were all super sweet and complimented me, and they were cheap! I highly recommend getting your nails done at this place.
