I really hate making a post like this (also waited to see if he was going to reach back out but looks like he blocked my number) but despite coming highly recommended on Nextdoor, I hired JLS Electrical for a kitchen wiring job and paid the full $2,800 based on their promise to finish in two days—but it dragged on for five, and a week after payment they texted demanding an extra $1,300 for pendant lights and island outlets that were already included. This guy is amazing! He replaced my electrical panel and installed a bunch of LED recessed lights. I highly recommend him.
