This business is a waste of time. She wants to be paid in full in advance, which means you cannot refuse payment until they complete the task. I asked Monica to revise my Trust, which she said she offers unlimited revisions for 1 year. That was changed without my knowledge to one. The one I requested too her over 2 months to complete, and even though I emailed the change to her and 2 mos later she could not find my email and kept trying to get me to come into her office to make the change that she already had in writing.
