RecommendedI was in a pinch with a broken freezer full of food and I had called everyone I could think of and couldn't get a part or an answer other than 'your freezer is shot'. I finally called J L's Appliance Repair right before they were ready to close for the night and they not only had the right part for me but gave me instructions on how to install it, arranged for me to pick it up and said it would probably fix my problem! I had problems with my Ice Maker and Dan came out to fix it. He told me it needed to be replaced. WOW....after he replaced it it worked better than when the refrigerator was new. THANK YOU DAN and JL's Appliance for excellent work and getting my Ice Maker fixed before the heat showed up!
Ernie was generous in taking time to help me. He gave me excellent advice on converting oven controls and I was able to repair my oven instead of buying a new one. I saved the price of a new built-in oven. I give him my top recommendation.
Gary was very helpful with fixing our washer in his off time. Thank you!
