The billing company they entrusted all of our patient data with screwed them over and now we are responsible to pay for invoices dated 2019. Good enough to treat my back but not wise enough protect my PHI info? Where’s hipaa when you need em?
What a rip off, they don't care about your needs, I had a nerve damage from a surgery that is causing a lot of pain and as i ran out of medicine, it was the time for my appointment to see pain mgmt for the first time with Dr. Amune, he explain everything and he discussed the new medication he is planing to use in the future but he made me sign on agreement to only receive medication from him and didn't prescribe me anything as we need to wait for the urine test and i needed to do an MRI test and he booked me for an injection... read more
Do NOT use this place. All they are worried about is money not curing. Customer service is absolutely terrible especially the billing department.
Dr. Amune is the first of many doctors to sit down and listen. He tries every solution possible to find relief. So many other docs give up and basically say that you will be like this for the rest of your life. They are conservative on pain meds, so if all you are wanting is scripts, this is not the place for you. The nurses are patient and take good care of you. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Amune.
