The process was super smooth from start to finish. Edgar and Jose were fully engaged with me and my insurance adjuster during the entire process. The roof replacement was completed on time. I am so thankful!
I have used JLQ Roofing twice. I got a roof in 2010 and again in 2023. Jose is fabulous, he explained the processes very well. Met with my insurance company handled writing up the quotes for them. Their crews were professional, cleaned up after themselves and Showed up on time when they were scheduled. I then had a branch fall from a tree on the roof and Jose came out right away to fix the shingles that were affected. He is always very responsive and I believe communication is hugely important as well as the fact that my roo... read more
